Dedication Plaque for Tower 6-1

The Officers and Members are pleased to have had the plaque showing Tower 6-1 dedicated to Mr. Charles " PopPop" Coulbourne mounted on the apparatus. In the photo you can see the pride and pleasure that Mr. Coulbourne has and takes in the Department in which he has served for over 65 years. We are honored to have PopPop available to promote the heritage of our department to the new members who have joined the ranks.
